AUTOMOTIVE GREASES

A) Monex Monogrease MP 2/3: 
Monogrease MP is lithium soap base grease with extreme pressure additives having high load carrying capacity and protects from rust and oxidation. It is recommended for automotive bearings, earth moving equipments, gear couplings, electric motors, mining machinery.
Meets: BIS 7623: 1993

B) Monex Monogrease WB: 
Monogrease WB is a sodium soap base grease fibrous adhesive having excellent shear stability for long time in service. It is recommended for automotive wheel bearings, universal joints, clutch release fan bearings not exposed to water. 
Meets: BIS 10647:1993

C) Monex Monogrease Chassis: 
Monogrease Chassis is calcium soap base premium quality chassis grease for year round general chassis lubrications including suspension and stearing system. They can be used for water pumps and wheel bearings operations at moderate temperature. 
Meets: BIS 506 507:1993.

A) Monex Monolith 2/3 & EP 00/0/2/3: Monolith greases are high-grade lithium soap base containing extreme pressure additives. They have excellent thermal and mechanical stability, protect from corrosion and oxidation. It is water resistant having high load carrying capacity. It is recommended for automotive bearings, earth moving equipments, gear couplings, electric motors and heavy mining machinery.

B) Monex Monogrease HT/HTM: Monogrease is non-soap greases having unique properties to give advantages over soap type thickeners. They are extremely stable at high temperature, water resistant, shock load absorbing and not affected by acids and alkalies. Recommended for plain, anti-friction bearings at high temperature under shock loads and lubrication of machine elements.

C) Monex Monogrease HT 300/550/1100:- Monogrease HT ranges are high temperature greases base with antisieze compound and special additive package. These are non-soap base and protects from rust and corrosion. They are recommended for use in lubrication of bearings, bushes, spindles, furnaces joints, over conveyor motors and even metal gasket bearings, electric motor bearings, hot steam lines etc.

D) Monex Silicon Grease: -Silicon grease is highly stable, resist oxidation for long time at high temperature and have excellent dielectric properties. They are compatible with rubber and plastic and are resistant to water, solvents and chemicals. This product is useful for high vacuum systems, valves, stop cocks and joints. They are recommended for electric motor bearings to lubricate plastic and rubber for electric insulators, glass joints and as sealants.
